Attorney Michael Curran: California’s indoor mask mandate is memo not a mandate.
SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – California’s newly-imposed indoor mask mandate is in actuality a memo issued by the California Department of Public Health and not a “mandate,” Attorney Michael Curran said.
The memo is a guidance on mask-wearing and but is being touted as an order, Curran elaborated.
